This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with a super comfortable super king-size bed, making my stay at short notice incredibly cozy. The service here is top-notch, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, who even whipped up a delicious made-to-order breakfast for me. The location couldn't be better, right next to Messe Essen, perfect for my two-night meeting stay. Although the cold side in the dining area offered a unique experience, the variety and quality of food were not ideal. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent service and comfortable rooms.
